Regularly check that no water is running from any pipes

Please ensure that the smoke and fire alarm have not been tampered with. Any faults should be reported to the landlord immediately.
DON'T remove any furniture from your room or attempt to redecorate it without consulting me. In particular, I do not want mattresses put on the floors (it spoils the carpet, and the rejected bed clutters up the corridor).
DO ensure that other members of the household are not kept awake by your noise after 11.30 p.m.
DON'T leave dirty crocks in the kitchen. Either wash them up straight away or store them in your room until you can do so (but don't hoard communal crocks, and inconvenience other tenants).
DO keep us informed of any problem or repairs needed in relation to your accommodation, or any suggestions for improving it.
